Enjoy this brassica full salad with a refreshing ginger dressing! Brassicas are a group of vegetables that are packed with phytonutrients that have anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and liver detoxing properties.

Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled, chipped
2 green onions, whites and green parts, coarsely chopped
1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp canola neutral oil, or other
2 bunches watercress or upland stress, thick stems removed (10-12 cups loosely packed)
1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
Preparation
Dressing
In food processor, combine ginger, green onions, and carrot and pulse several times to chop finely.
Scrape down the bowl with a spatula, then add lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
With the food processor running add the canola oil in a steady stream through the feed tube to form an emulsified dressing.
Salad
Put watercress and radishes in a serving bowl.
Drizzle with half the dressing
Add the remaining salt and pepper to taste
Serve immediately
