Our Philosophy
Our team consists of the following registered dietitians and certified diabetes educators:
Ellen Byron, RDN/CDE/LDN
Ellen Byron is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with over twenty-five years of patient care experience. Ellen graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science and completed a dietetic internship at Mount Auburn Hospital.
Karen S. DiPietro, RDN/CDE/LDN
Karen S. DiPietro is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. Karen graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition Science and completed a dietetic internship at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
