Flavored with turmeric, ginger and garlic, this tahini dip recipe is perfect for dipping vegetables or topping your next falafel. It is appropriate for the anti-inflammatory diet! Ingredients
½ cup tahini
¼ cup rice vinegar
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon grated garlic
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
Whisk tahini, vinegar, water, ginger, turmeric, garlic and salt in a medium bowl until well combined.
