About the Recipe
This is a quick and easy snack packed with protein and healthy fats! Prep a batch of tuna for the week and add avocado in the morning when you're packing your food!

Ingredients
1 whole avocado
1 whole lemon
1 tablespoon chopped onion
5 ounces of canned tuna
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Optional: bell peppers, red onion
Preparation
Pit the avocado and scoop out about half of the avocado into a bowl, leaving a layer of avocado along the shell (do with both sides).
In that bowl add tuna, lemon juice, chopped onion and salt and pepper and mix well.
Fill avocado shells with tuna salad and enjoy!
