About the Recipe
A great way to start your day with protein and fruit. Change up the fruit to whatever is in season or use frozen fruit. When choosing yogurt try to go for Greek yogurt with no added sugar.

Ingredients
4 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
2 medium peaches, chopped
2 cups fresh blackberries
1/2 cup granola without raisins or Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
Preparation
 1.  Layer half the yogurt, peaches, blackberries and granola into 4 parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
