About the Recipe

Low-carb and easy to make! The egg roll in a bowl makes for a quick and easy meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups of Coleslaw Mix (just veggies, not the dressing)

  • 2 tablespoons of Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos

  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger

  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 cup of Green Onions

  • For a spicy kick add 1 tablespoon of Red Pepper Flakes!

Preparation

  1. Add coleslaw mix into a skillet with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes if using, and stir.

  2. Cook until slightly wilted and fragrant.

  3. Top with green onions and drizzle with more soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
