About the Recipe
This is a delicious protein packed pizza crust! No gluten, no problem!

Ingredients
3/4 pound Shredded Chicken
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
Preparation
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F
2. Stir together shredded chicken, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and salt.
3. Whisk eggs lightly, then add to chicken mixture.
4. Mix Well
5. Spread chicken "dough" onto parchment paper lined pizza stone, about 1/4 inch thick.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes, until firm and golden on edges.
7. Let the crust rest for 10 minutes (helps it "seal")
8. Add sauce and toppings. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
