About the Recipe

This recipe is quick and easy for a great protein packed pizza without the gluten! Tastes just as good as a regular pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw Ground Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Pizza Toppings

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Add ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning and salt to a bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands

3. Put mixture on a piece of parchment paper and spread into a pizza shape about 1/4 inch thick.

4. Place the pizza crust and the parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes

5. Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.

6. Bake for an additional 10 minutes

7. Remove from oven, cool, cut, and serve!
