About the Recipe

Keep kids hydrated naturally & easily with these Berry Hydrating Popsicles! Delicious, fun, no added sugar & refreshing to enjoy on a hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) berries. (I’ve used raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries so far)

Preparation

  1. Put the berries into a bowl. Using a fork or potatoes masher, smoosh (yes, I said smoosh) the berries until their juices are released.

  2. Using a spoon, evenly distribute the berries into 6 popsicle molds.

  3. Fill each Popsicle mold with the coconut water. Insert stick and let set in freezer for 4-6 hours.

  4. Once frozen, pop out and enjoy on a hot day or when you need it!
