About the Recipe
Try out this beautifully colored homemade beet hummus. Hummus is made with chickpeas which are a type of pulse that is full of fiber and protein. Give hummus a try with veggies, on a salad, or on sandwiches and wraps for a higher better condiment option.

Ingredients
Dill (fresh, for garnish)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 14 oz cans chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
2 cloves garlic (finely diced)
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup beets (cooked, chopped)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor.
Pulse until smoothly pureed.
Transfer to a bowl and top with spring of fresh dill and additional olive oil on top before serving.
